Air Knives

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Air Knife Systems utilize compressed air for industrial blow off and cooling applications. Used extensively for replacing rows of nozzles or jets or drilled pipe to reduce energy. The curtain like airflow of the Air Knife is an efficient way to dry, clean, and cool.

Applications includes the removal of excess oils, liquids, and dust. The Air Knife is used in printing, labeling and packaging, and used in part or component cooling, Industries include: Converting and Packaging, Films and Laminating, Form and Fill, Sheet and Web Materials of all types from film to metals, Bag opening/fill operations, Conveying or hold down, Food Processing, Paint preparation and drying.

Aluminum Standard Air Blade™ Air Knives

Built and designed for significantly longer life in difficult environments than many competing products by anodizing the aluminum body.  Stainless steel shim maintains gap integrity longer than plastic shims

Flexible mounting options and easy to fit in small spaces.
Energy reduction in compressed air use up to 90% and noise reductions of 10 dbA.
Maintenance free with output easily controlled, safe to use

Stainless Steel Standard Air Blade™ Air Knives

Stainless steel for corrosive and high temperature environments.  Stainless steel shim maintains gap integrity longer than plastic shims

Flexible mounting options and easy to fit in small spaces.
Energy reduction in compressed air use up to 90% and noise reductions of 10 dbA.
Maintenance free with output easily controlled, safe to use.

Aluminum Silent X-Stream™ Air Blade™ Air Knives

Built and designed for significantly longer life in difficult environments than many competing products by anodizing the aluminum body.  Stainless steel shim maintains gap integrity longer than plastic shims.

Most energy efficient design in force/unit of air consumption.
Flexible mounting options and easy to fit in small spaces.
Energy reduction in compressed air use up to 90% and noise reductions of 15 dbA.
Maintenance free with output easily controlled, safe to use.

The Nex Flow™ X-Stream™ Air Blade™ has proven to be of high quality, high performance and one of the most quiet, if not “the most quiet” designs on the market for all types of blow-off and cooling applications. Eliminating a row of drilled pipe can save up to 90% of compressed air costs

Hard Anodized Aluminum X-Stream™ Air Blade™ Air Knives

Built and designed for significantly longer life in difficult environments than many competing products by using a special hard coated surface over its aluminum body for mildly corrosive environments and to address any abrasive contact to the surface.

Most energy efficient design in force/unit of air consumption.
Easy to fit in small spaces.
Energy reduction in compressed air use up to 90% and noise reductions of 15 dbA.
